Create S3 Bucket
Once you have created your Free Account the next thing to do is to connect to your new Console, type S3 into the search bar and select S3, Scalable Storage in the Cloud
Once there click on the "Create bucket" button and enter the details for your new S3 bucket, I choose to put my files in us-east-1 as this is the cheapest location
This is where all the files for you new WEB site will reside
Make sure you allow public access, it won't be much of a WEB Site if no-one can access it. This is disabled by default and note that you have to acknowledge this change. For this environment there is no benefit in using Bucket Versioning, so make sure it is disabled or you may incur additional charges
Once you have done all of that scroll to the bottom and click Create bucket
And that is it, you should now have an S3 bucket that can be used to host your WEB Site
