OneDrive for Business Cache Errors - on OSX
I have just started to use One Drive for Business, and as I use a MAC this has meant that I have to use the previewe version of the application.

One thing you will have noticed is that regardless of how many times you accept the prompt to repair the problem, it never gets fixed. And OneDrive is already a notorious CPU hog, but encountering this issue, and not resolving it, means that OneDrive for Business is going to run at 100% CPU utilisation.
You will be pleased to know that all you have to do is delete the OfficeFileCache.
- Quit OneDrive for Business
- Quit OneDrive Personal (If you are also running that)
- In spotlight search for OfficeFileCache
- Then Open it in Finder
- Drag the entire folder into the Trash Can
- Start OneDrive Personal (If you use it)
- Start OneDrive for Business
- If you kept Finder open you should see the OfficeFileCache folder being recreated
All fixed, and if you check the Activity Monitor you will see that OneDrive for Business is now behaving itself
